Notre Dame Square
Notre Dame Square -- an elegant cathedral bearing the luxurious French architecture -- is a towering attraction in Ho Chi Minh City’s Paris Square.
In a predominantly Buddhist city, the century-old Notre Dame Square is one of the few iconic landmarks that represent the Catholic community in Ho Chi Minh City. The cathedral is hard to miss — the building is almost 60 metres in height and made more majestic by its all-red facade, stained glass windows, and two bell towers. Outside, a well-kept garden houses the Peaceful Notre Dame statue, while inside, tourists can take a look of its stunning interiors or observe local Catholics in their worship.
