Wat Khao Sanam Chai
All around Thailand, you will see expressions of the Buddhism faith majestically situated in elevated locations. For the Hua Hin district, this is their blazing symbol - the Wat Khao Sanam Chai. Located on an extremely noticeable hill in Hua Hin, the climb may be challenging, but the rewards at the top will be worth it.
The intricately and exquisitely constructed Wat Khao Sanam Chai features beautiful, immaculate, white temple buildings, gold ornaments, and colourful flags and bells. The atmosphere is extremely reverent and serene as emphasised by the religious buildings and prayer halls around the temple complex. But the highlights do not stop there. With its elevated landscape, the Wat Khao Sanam Chai offers the most spectacular panoramic views of the hillsides and the coastlines of Hua Hin. The spectacle becomes breathtaking at sunset.
