If you are gearing up for a surge of adrenaline, Universal Studios Singapore is the theme park for you. Located within Resorts World Sentosa, it comprises of seven distinctively designed movie-themed zones. Apart from the adventurous rides, you can also watch the lively street performances, live shows, movie characters, and stunt stars in action. You can also enter a movie set to experience the destructive force of a hurricane just like your favourite character in the movies!
Location
Universal Studios Singapore is located about 9 kilometres south of the city of Singapore and 25 kilometres west of the Singapore Changi International Airport.
Opening Days and Hours
Visitors can purchase day tickets online, which has a validity period of 30 days from the chosen date of visit. One-day tickets cost:
- Adults (aged 13 to 59): SGD 76 (USD 56.43)
- Children (aged 4 to 12): SGD 56 (USD 41.58)
- Seniors (aged 60 and above): SGD 38 (USD 28.21)

How to Get There
The theme park is a mere 15-minute drive from the city and is easily accessible via public transports, cars, or taxis. A drive from the Singapore Changi International Airport will take about 30 minutes. If visitors are taking the MRT train, get on the North-East line or Circle line to HarbourFront station. Upon arriving at the station, take Exit E to VivoCity and proceed to Level 3 to board the Sentosa Express, and disembark at Waterfront station.

Popularity and Best Time to Go
Go on off-peak days to avoid the huge crowds, such as weekdays and non-public holidays. The waiting time for each ride or attraction will be significantly reduced on off-peak days.

Food kiosks and eateries are readily available in each themed zone. Visitors can get light snacks on-the-go or dine in one of the restaurants. If you cannot find anything you like, you can find more food options within the Resorts World Sentosa Complex.

Good to Know
Visitors have to keep themselves hydrated by drinking plenty of water due to the humid tropical heat in Singapore. Express tickets are worth considering if you do not want to spend a long time in the queue. Be ready to get wet and bring an extra piece of shirt just in case.
