National Museum of Singapore
National Museum of Singapore, an architectural and cultural landmark in the country, is Singapore’s oldest museum containing interesting artifacts and exhibits that tell the colorful history of Singapura.
The museum may already be 130 years old, but the place has a progressive mind — NMS has totally eschewed from the traditional way of presenting exhibits and has opted instead to create sections based on themes such as photography, film, food, and fashion. With the help of clear audio, visuals and interactive display, each section helps visitors experience a sensory immersion into the rich history of Singapore. National Museum of Singapore can surely capture the interest of various visitors — history buffs, first timers, locals, and foreigners — as it sheds light to Singapore’s history and culture.
