Palawan Heritage Centre
Before heading to Palawan’s various breathtaking islands, make a stop at Palawan Heritage Centre, an interactive venue that showcases the rich history and culture of the famous island.
Located in the heart of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Heritage Center is not a hard place to find thanks to its hip design, newly-built structures, and modern architecture. The exterior isn’t the only modern thing here — get inside and be fascinated with the Tagbanua hologram, touch-screen displays, life-sized dioramas, well-preserved artifacts, and interactive modules. Comprehensive videos and a guided tour of the museum explains Palawan’s role in tourism and as a melting pot of different ethnic groups — Palaw’an, Tao’t Bato, and Tagbanua — in the region.
