Initao Libertad Protected Landscape and Seascape
Breakaway from city stress and head over to the Initao Libertad Protected Landscape and Seascape and enjoy its panoramic sights.
The 3-kilometre trail inside this protected area is a haven for those seeking peace and refuge since instead of buildings and establishments, all you’ll see is an endless row of towering trees and all you’ll hear is the soothing duet of rustling leaves and crashing waves. Along the way, you’ll find breathtaking limestone formations and the glistening waters of the sea that you can see from a protected cliff. During clearer, calmer days, the management allows visitors to take a quick dip in the sea or even dive to see the rich marine life. Guides also offer a tour down one of the nearby caves, but you can skip on it if you prefer to visit the nearby beaches.
The Initao Libertad Protected Landscape and Seascape is located in Libertad, Misamis Oriental.
