Kuching Cat Museum

Fundamentally about cats, the Kuching Cat Museum features at least 4,000 cat artifacts, including a mummified cat from Egypt.
Location
The Museum is located right at the Kuching city centre, and shares the same building as the North City Hall Headquarters Building on the ground floor. It is also about 20 kilometres away from the Kuching International Airport.
Opening Days and Hours
The museum is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00, but closed on public holidays.
Entry Fee and Bookings
Admission to the museum is free. However, you will have to pay RM 4 to 5 (USD 0.97 to 1.22) to use your camera inside.
How to Get There
You can choose to either drive or grab a taxi and the ride takes about 15 minutes from the city centre. Public buses are also available, which you can board from the closest bus stand near the museum.
