Most trishaw drivers for the Heritage Trail gather at Fort Cornwallis in Georgetown on the east side of Penang.

You can grab a trishaw along the streets of Georgetown or take a bus, taxi, or Uber to Fort Cornwallis where many trishaw drivers gather.
