Sokha Beach is privately owned but a small section on its eastern side is open to public. This beach offers a calmer and quieter atmosphere compared to Ochheuteal Beach, and can probably be considered as the prettiest beach in Sihanoukville.

Sokha Beach is located between Independence Beach and Serendipity Beach, which is about 3 kilometres from Sihanoukville town.
