Sungai Liang Forestry Recreation Park
A hidden treasure deep inside Labi, the Sungai Liang Forestry Recreation Park is a popular tourist destination that’s home to stunning landscapes and fun adventures.
It was once an arboretum reserve way back in 1948 and was turned into a small park in 1970. It also has a hiking trail similar to Bikit Shahbardan. The park is a must-visit destination for earth lovers who would love to learn more about native trees and plants in Brunei – you can learn more from the labels in each plant. There are also animals like bats, lemurs, macaques and gibbon monkeys that can be found in the forest. Aside from its natural scenic sights, there are also picnic areas, playgrounds and a pool where children can take a dip on hot days.
