Located near the Muang Sing’s Morning Market is Wang Xieng Chai, a temple with majestic design and architecture — elegant multi-tiered roofs, and decors in shades of gold in red. The main sanctuary of the temple is a must see — from the main aisle, you can see colourful weaved banners containing prayers hang from the ceiling, walls filled with paintings that depict religious scenes, and red columns decorated with silver lace. The temple and its surroundings are very serene — a feature that makes it a great place for meditation.
